I have found yet another Love....

I have fallen in love with a girl...a little grey one with blue eyes, floppy ears, and puppy breath (literally).  She is the newest member of our family and has stolen my heart.  My friends and vet at Churchill Veterinary Clinic say that I have no idea what I have in store for myself (I have never owned a big dog).  I have wanted a Weimeraner for a really....really...long time but  I often let people talk me out of some "great" ideas.  Well Chad gave in (I swear he loves me) and got us this little biting and pooping/peeing machine.   Despite the trails so far, I love her.  I must say though, it reminds me of those early morning hours when I had a human newborn some 7 years ago.   Needless to say, I don't miss those every couple of hour wake up calls.

She has these really huge paws and is only 7 weeks old, OMG.... Lord, please don't let her be as big as a horse.  I think my little Isabella "Bella" Lexie is GT (gifted and talented in the education world) because today she learned how to "sit".  Woooo---- to the Hooooo!  Bring it on crate training!

Happy Thursday!

Gorgeous! I wanted a Weimeraner for my first dog but it didn't work out. My second choice was a Siberian Husky--and now I have 2! I think that some dude named Howard was credited with bringing Weimeraners to America? So I named my first husky Howard:)

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving such a sweet comment. Our family LOVES weimeraners! My husband grew up with them. When we first got married we became the proud parents of a blue weimeraner that was the BEST dog ever. Sadly, he passed away two years ago but his memory still lives on in our little family. I'll eventually be able to get another dog but it's still too soon for me. Joshua was a great dog and he made his mark on our hearts forever.

Your girl will bring even more joy to your life. Congratulations on becoming a weimer-owner!
